Good Grades

Nate made a deal with our kids they picked one subject that wasn't the easiest subject for them and if they got an "A" they were able to choose the reward.  Unfortunately Tianne didn't make it but is keeping the same subject for next time since she was really close this time.  But Toby made it. His deal was to go to eat with just me and Nate.  He choose Red Lobster.  Really he didn't even try any seafood so why he chose there is a mystery to us.  We tried to get him to try some of Nates' all you can eat shrimp but he didn't go for that.  He was so excited that he got to choose whatever he wanted.  Made a plan to begin with Biscuits which came with the meal. Then Macaroni and Cheese. He even wanted cheese cake for desert.  Our neighbor works there and informed us that the macaroni and cheese is really Kraft out of the box.  Toby said it was the best macaroni and cheese ever.

He didn't make it to desert he was too full to even finish all his food.  He thinks that he had three more bites left.  He was shocked at how much shrimp that Nate ate and asked how he could eat so much.  Next time Tianne will make it and she choose to go to the movie and I'm excited she wants to go to Twilight.  Think that this will be a good movie for my nine year old?  She does like to watch crazy things on TV like anything on discovery channels.  Thanks again to Jessica for watching the other kids they loved the pizza Kirsten told Toby that she ate the best pizza ever.

That is so funny! It was good to see you all last week.

Tell Tianne good luck on getting her A! Can't wait for Twilight!

Oh, another reason for you to come up for Halloween is that we will bless Hyrum on Nov 2nd. :)

What a great idea to just pick one subject. I love taking my kids out one at a time. Such a great bonding experience.

WHAT? Red Lobster for mac & cheese? The boys crazy. They have the best coconut shrimp! I miss good food for sure, you are so lucky to have so many choices. Good job Toby, we're proud of you. Tell Tianne she better get it together before Nov. when the movie comes out!!

Way to go Toby! Good job Tianne, you'll get it next time. I so envy you being able to eat anywhere. What I wouldn't do for a little Petes fish and chips, or In-N-Out right now.
